This 2022 Sun Tracker XL 3010 is a seriously fun 31ft tri-hull party pontoon, offering two levels of entertaining space, twin 150HP Suzuki four-strokes, a bow thruster and even an optional waterslide from the upper deck!

Whether it’s Mum, Dad and the kids heading to the sandbank, teenagers bringing their friends for a day on the water, or a group of adults enjoying a BBQ and sunset drinks, this boat has been designed around one thing – having a great day on the water together.

1. DOUBLE-STOREY ENTERTAINING

The feature that immediately sets her apart.

The XL 3010 provides an enormous amount of usable space across two levels. Downstairs you’ll find the helm, generous lounge and entertaining areas, fridge and plenty of protection from the sun.

Head upstairs and you have an entirely separate entertaining sun deck with its own bimini, BBQ and optional waterslide. With elevated views across the water, it’s a brilliant spot for relaxing at anchor, watching the kids swim or enjoying sunset drinks.

The upper deck gives the adults another area to relax while the kids are in the water, while the spacious lower deck provides shade, comfortable seating and easy access to everything you need for a day of entertaining.

Importantly, the upper deck and staircase were incorporated as part of the boat’s original build – they are not a later add-on. Access is via substantial moulded, curved fibreglass staircase rather than a ladder, making the upper level easy to get to, with secure handholds and plenty to hold onto as you go up and down.

For families, this two-level layout is a real winner – everyone can be together without everyone having to be in the same space.

2. BOW THRUSTER

This is a huge advantage on a pontoon of this size. Combined with the twin-engine installation, the bow thruster makes manoeuvring around marinas, pontoons and tight spaces considerably easier and gives the skipper additional confidence when docking.

3. TWIN 150HP SUZUKI FOUR-STROKES

Unlike many party pontoons powered by a single outboard, this XL 3010 is powered by two 150HP Suzuki four-stroke outboards – 300HP combined.

Apart from the performance advantage, twin engines provide excellent manoeuvrability and the additional reassurance of having two independent engines when you’re out enjoying the Broadwater with family and friends.

4. OPTIONAL WATERSLIDE!

My favourite feature! The waterslide can be fitted from the upper deck, turning an already impressive party pontoon into the ultimate family playground! (Waterslide currently not fitted).

Anchor at your favourite spot, send the kids upstairs and let them slide straight into the water. With a swim platform and ladder for safe & easy boarding from the water. For Gold Coast family boating, it’s hard to imagine much more fun than that.

5. BUILT TO ENTERTAIN

With a BBQ, fridge, galley with sink, generous lounges and plenty of dining and social space, and wide access gates, there’s room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Max 16 People on Board!

One of the standout features for families is the completely private, built-in bathroom compartment, cleverly incorporated beneath the moulded staircase. It has an electric marine toilet, shower and its own lighting, making full days on the water considerably more comfortable.

No pop-up toilet tent and no makeshift privacy screen – this is a proper, fully enclosed head offering genuine privacy for family and guests.

It’s a small detail that makes a very big difference when you’re spending the whole day on the water.

With two levels, twin 150HP Suzukis, a bow thruster and the option of putting the waterslide back on, there’s very little else on the market quite like it.
