30+ Years of Marine Leadership
With more than 30 years in the marine industry, Mark James brings extensive experience across superyacht operations, marine engineering, vessel management, and technical project coordination.
Mark’s core specialty is the operational management and refit coordination of large motor yachts and superyachts up to 58 metres, where he has worked in senior leadership roles overseeing crew, engineering, maintenance programs, guest operations, and complex vessel projects.
Known for his highly organised and meticulous approach, Mark excels in creating the right onboard culture and operational structure — ensuring owners, guests, and crew experience a professionally managed, smooth-running vessel environment.
